We are just steps away from the Dupont Metro Station. Studio A includes a reserved parking space. Additional free street parking is available for up to two hours, and a parking garage directly across the street can accommodate any extra vehicles you may need to park.

Access instructions and your entry code will be provided after booking. The studio is accessible via two flights of stairs. Please note that the building does not have an elevator.

Our space is generally quiet. Noise from the street below can occasionally be heard. There is another studio on the other side of the floor. If you need maximum control over noise, we recommend booking both studios. This gives you the entire floor to yourself and the option to have the HVAC turned off.

You can reschedule your booking for free anytime up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made at least 7 days before the booking receive a full refund. If you cancel between 7 days and 24 hours before your booking, you’ll receive a 50% refund.

We have multiple studios in the building. Please use only the studio you’ve booked. Accessing any unbooked studios may result in additional fees.

Setup and breakdown time is included in the hours booked.

Smoking is prohibited inside the building, including the studio, bathroom, and stairwell.

If you are playing music please keep the volume at a level that will not disturb other businesses and guests in the building. If you need to play music at higher volumes please book our full floor on weekends or after 7pm on weekdays.

Staying beyond your reserved booking time will automatically incur additional charges at the same hourly rate as your original booking. If another production is scheduled immediately after your reservation, you must vacate the studio promptly at the end of your booked time.

You will be responsible for covering the cost of repairs or replacements for any equipment, furniture, or studio items that are damaged. Any items removed from the studio will also require reimbursement for replacements.

All guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the booking.

Alcohol is allowed only when all attendees are 21 or older.

Smoke machines and glitter are not permitted without prior permission. Please contact us if you wish to use fog machines or glitter.
